TERMS OF SERVICE

Commissions below $50 usd must be paid upfront.

Commissions above $50 usd can be paid with 50% of the total amount to start.

Commissions can take, from 1 WEEK to a 5 WEEKS per commission. (the time starts as soon as i send you the sketch)

Payment only via PayPal. (USD)

if you commission is for business purpouses the commercial use may vary, so please let me know

You have one change per commission. (All the modifications on the sketch + base color phase)

Extra changes have an additional cost after the first corrections are made (just in case that I forgot something or is a mistake from my part, it's for free)

You must send me all the possible references pics/ descriptions that are necessary about the work you will want.

Ex:

(If you want lights, shadows in your draw, poses references, hairstyle etc.)

You can tell me everything without problem. :)

There are extra costs for:

adding a background (like a landscape, specific places etc.)

Or if you want to add more items or accessories in your commission.

The price may vary depending on the difficulty of the order, i can give you a quote before discuss the details.

Credit me the original design please, and don't pass it as your own.

can't resell a higher price than the original if no have at least 2 or more extra commissions or art pieces.

Gift or trade is okay.

You must communicate these rules to every owner in case of resale.

Resale is allowed at the same price at which you purchased it, but you must add more than 2 pieces of character art and ask me for permission.

The price for commercial use has an additional cost to that acquired in custom characters and adoptables.

Make merchandising, logos, use it for commercial or lucrative purposes, V tuber etc.

ntf use is strictly forbidden

Make any modifications you want to the character.

don't need to ask me for permission to resell, modify or produce character's merch.

You can ask me for a unique digital stamp made by me that certifies the commercial use.
